do I place an
order?

How can I
pay for my
order?
You can pay for your order by credit card online or by sending a cheque
to us when confirming your order. When can I order my Goose for
Christmas? Please place
your order early, however you can place an order up to 10am on the 19th
December 2008. How will my
Goose be
delivered?
Our careful packaging in chilled boxes ensures that your Goose arrives
at your house in first class condition . The
Geese are sent by a Next
Day courier
service . If you have specific
delivery requirements please let us know of them with your order; we
are flexible and we can make arrangements to suit you. When will my Goose be
delivered?
We send out our Oven Ready Geese and Three
Bird Roast
orders
on Wednesday 19th December for delivery to you on Thursday 20th
December. Can I "track" my order? Soon
after your order has been dispatched, our courier (Amtrak) will send
you an email letting you know that your order is on the way to you and
instructions on how to track it's journey to you. How
do I cook my
Goose?
Please take a look at our Recipes Page where
you will find a number of different ways to prepare and cook your
Goose. With every Goose delivery we also include a short recipe leaflet.
How do I
store my Goose?
A fresh goose will keep well in a refridgerator at around 2 degrees
Celcius. Since Goose is seasonal, and you may wish to eat your Goose
later in the year, you can freeze a fresh goose for up to 3
