Three
Bird Roast
As an
alternative to our Oven
Ready Geese why not try our Three Bird Roast.
We
offer our Three
Bird Roast either
as a
generous 13-14lbs (6-6.5 kg), or the slightly smaller 10-11lbs
(4.5-5 kg) both
are ideal for
the festive season.
The
goose is firstly boned and then stuffed with layers of Turkey, Duck and
two different stuffings. Carving is completed by slicing from one end
to the other without any waste at all. New for 2008:
