Free Range Traditionally
Reared, Hand Plucked Geese, with a distinctive flavour, grown and
nurtured in the wooded Nevern Valley, which lies in the shadow of Carn
Ingli (Angel Mountain) in this beautiful area of Pembrokeshire.
Our Geese are hatched in the
Spring and mature gently on our rich Welsh pasture to produce a
succulent bird for you to enjoy at Christmas time.
As an alternative to the traditional Goose why not try our home-made
Three Bird Roast! A boned Welsh Goose, stuffed with Duck, Chicken and a
variety of sumptuous stuffings makes the perfect centre piece for any
